Ironhouse is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Office Manager/Business Analyst to oversee our local office operations and provide exceptional project support. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks with a focus on efficiency and accuracy, particularly in utilizing advanced Excel features for data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the Ironhouse office.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Project Support:
Arrange travel schedules and accommodations for staff as required.
Conduct time and expense tracking, providing management with detailed reports.
Handle Accounts Receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Offer document control support, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Fleet Management:
Monitor and schedule maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
Keep track of vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance renewals.
Human Resources Support:
Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage training and certification tracking for all employees.
Assist with payroll pre-processing tasks.
Excel Proficiency:
Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets.
Perform data analysis and generate reports using advanced Excel functions.
Create pivot tables and charts to present data insights effectively.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education / Experience:
An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Relevant experience in an administrative or analytical role is highly desirable.
